Former Morrissey's band bassist Jonny Bridgwood reports that a demo with this title was writtenby drummer Spencer Cobrin and recorded in 1997 during the B-side sessions after the completion of Maladjusted album. Lyrics are unknown so far but if they really exist, they probably must be about the fortunes of James Hanratty, also known as the 'A6 murderer', who armed with a gun, in August 1961 kidnapped a married couple in their car and eventually killed the man and raped and left the woman for dead. The woman survived and could give the police a description of the 25-year-old criminal. Hanratty was then arrestedand after a trial hanged in April 1962.

Following his loss in the Court Case in 1996 in favour of ex-Smiths drummer Mike Joyce claiming for more royalties, Morrissey could have written the lyrics "in favour" of Hanratty as a potential innocent framed by the legal system. The track falls into the category of Morrissey's songs dealing with British criminal history whose inspiration can easily be found in one of the singer's favourite reading: The Murderer Who's Who by authors Gaute and Odell.
