The title is named after a book by Richard Allen (first published in 1971) about violent teenagers. This further endorses the interpretations (a "suedehead" is the fashionable equivalent of a skinhead i.e. someone with hair who is just as violent). Suedehead: a member of an offshoot of the British skinhead subculture, originating in the 1970s and characterised by longer hair and more formal clothing than the skinheads. Il titolo è tratto da un libro di Richard Allen del 1971 sulla violenza fra i teenager. Questo in qualche modo avalla l'ipotesi che suedehead sia un equivalente alla moda del termine skinhead e che quindi stia ad indicare qualcuno che non abbia la testa rasata ma che sia egualmente violento. Suedehead: membro di una propaggine di una sottocultura skinhead britannica, nata negli anni '70 e caratterizzata da capelli più lunghi e abbigliamento più formale rispetto agli skinhead.
